What Will It Cost Me? 

First months rent for tenants that we place and 10% of the rent amount thereafter.

What Do I Get?

Showing Arrangements, Lease Agreements, Dispatched Maintenance Calls, Tenant Invoices, Tenant Late Notices Sent By The 6th Of The Month, Processed Eviction Documents, Court Appearances, Lock Outs, Arranged Constable Appearances When Necessary, Representation at Inspections (utility, codes, appraisers or otherwise) Assistance with Rental Permits

Investor Statements:  Received the first week of the following month in which rent is collected.  Statements include security deposits and rent paid during the previous month less 10%

Benefits of Property Management:

If your property is under renovation we will meet with necessary inspectors, utilities and deliveries.  Snow removal and grass cutting for vacant properties when necessary (additional fees may apply).  We have an on-site key machine.  Convenient downtown location. Complimentary Notary Services.  Have you obtained your Rental & Zoning Permits? Don't have time to deal with parking at the Court House?  Don't Worry!  We are working with the City to make sure all of our properties are in compliance with the Codes Department.  We will supply you with the necessary documents to obtain your permit or for an additional processing fee we will obtain them for you.  You will need to provide us with the following information:  Articles of Incorporation, if you do business under a company name.  Copy of your drivers license.  Property liability Insurance (Deck Sheet).  Deed to the property.
